Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components. Repair and maintain powertrain components such as engines, transmissions, and drivetrain systems to ensure vehicle reliability and performance. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs, wheel alignments, and steering system diagnostics to optimize handling and safety. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical problems within automotive electrical systems and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Service vehicle systems including brakes, steering, exhausts, diesel engines, and transmissions while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and automotive electrical systems. Hands-on experience with automotive repair tools including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, vehicle suspension systems, transmissions, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Familiarity with ADAS technology integration and calibration processes. Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused attitude to deliver outstanding service experiences. Certification or training in various vehicles is a plus.
