Four Acres Trailer Sales is a large Utility Trailer Dealer located in Delaware. We are seeking someone to oversee our Parts and Service areas. If you feel you meet the qualifications for this dual focused position, please apply with your current resume and salary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The key function of this position is to drive retail sales at the front counter and ensure high-quality repairs are being completed. Assist walk-in counter customers and manage phone or email inquiries regarding parts availability and service scheduling. Follow up with customers to give status of service jobs or update on parts ordered. Drive potential new service jobs and upselling of parts. Maintain accurate records of repair orders, parts invoices and transactions within the company's Dealer Management Software. Service quoting must be accurate/ detailed. and reviewed completely by the customer for final approval. Utilize manufacture databases, digital catalogs and internet resources to identify accurate part details for the various utility trailer models. Ensure replenishment of regular stocked items is done efficiently. Inventory must be updated, parts tagged and placed in appropriate area. Offer ideas for more cost-efficient parts as well as new items. Oversee Technician for quality and efficient use of time. Will assist with more complex jobs or service walk-ins, when necessary. Work with Trailer Sales Representative to ensure delivery of trailers from manufactures and pick-up by customers is coordinated. In addition, this position will interact with the Office Manager regarding A/R accounts, resolutions to credit card transaction issues and any other related processes. Ensure the Parts and Service areas are kept organized and clean, to comply with workplace safety requirements. Offer ways for the company to improve visibility on social media and on store premises.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an automotive, heavy truck or trailer parts company. Basic understanding of mechanical components such as axles, suspension, electrical/lighting systems, hitches and hydraulic brakes. Proficient computer skills, that include internet search tools, email communication and the ability to learn our dealer management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required. Effective interpersonal relationship ability, with both coworkers and customers. Strong organizational skills, that includes the flexibility to multitask. Shifting priorities between Parts and Service areas. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time. A valid driver's license is required. Forklift experience and/or certification a definite plus.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
