Job Description
MFK Quality Service & Performance is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Boca Raton, FL. We are a growing automotive repair and performance shop specializing in European, exotic, and high-performance vehicles. We take pride in the quality of our work and believe that the best results come from teamwork, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the automotive profession. We are looking for someone who truly enjoys what they do — a technician who takes pride in their work, is eager to continue learning, works well as part of a team, and wants the opportunity to grow professionally alongside our company. Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs
- Perform engine, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs
- Use diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Accurately troubleshoot and identify vehicle problems
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Communicate and work effectively with the rest of the team Qualifications
- Previous professional experience as an Automotive Technician
- Genuine passion for the automotive profession
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with European vehicles preferred
- Experience with exotic and performance vehicles is a plus
- Own tools
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
- Spanish-speaking is a plus Experience working with brands such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz/AMG, Audi, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and other European or exotic vehicles is highly valued. What We Offer
