Our reputation is built on doing the job right, showing up when we say we will, and treating every vehicle like it's our own. We're hiring one full-time Detailing Technician. This is a long-term position, not a fill-in. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career here.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Traveling to customer locations throughout the Boca Raton area to perform mobile detailing services
• Performing high-quality interior and exterior detailing: wash, decontamination, interior cleaning, vacuuming, shampooing, dressing, and finishing
• Completing jobs efficiently while holding our quality standard on every vehicle
• Communicating professionally with customers on site
• Keeping equipment, supplies, and the work vehicle clean, stocked, and organized
• Following our systems and detailing process the same way every time
• Learning advanced services over time: ceramic coatings, paint correction, and more

• $18/hour during training, $22/hour once you're trained and working independently

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Saturday
• 9:00 AM start, typically finishing around 5:30 PM
• Full-time

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to get to our start location each morning
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work outdoors throughout the day in Florida weather
• Attention to detail
• you notice the spots other people miss
• Professional appearance and the ability to speak with customers respectfully
• Dependable
• you show up on time, every day, without being reminded
• Coachable and genuinely willing to learn our process Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required.

We'd rather train the right person than hire the wrong one with experience.

HIRING PROCESS
