Job description Al Piemonte Lincoln, is a family owned independent new car dealer located in Bradenton, FL, is seeking an experienced Automotive Lube Tech to join our team. Employee Discount Responsibilities:

Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and other services to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and follows industry best practices. Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues. Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining repairs and maintenance requirements clearly. Provide excellent customer service to enhance overall satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and any additional recommendations for customers. Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and fellow technicians, to efficiently handle workflow and provide seamless service to customers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Lube Tech, at least 1 year of experience preferred. Possess relevant certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) and other industry-specific credentials. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. Stay updated on industry advancements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to customers and team members. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to diagnose and address issues efficiently. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Opportunity for advancement with company paid training.
