Mike Erdman Cadillac is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Cadillac facility! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who understands how to build customer relationships, communicate repair recommendations, and maximize service opportunities while delivering a luxury-level customer experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs Prepare accurate repair orders and document customer concerns Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly Provide timely updates throughout the repair process Review completed work and invoices with customers Maintain consistent follow-up and strong customer satisfaction Work closely with technicians and parts personnel Meet individual and departmental performance goals Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience required GM or Cadillac experience preferred Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and attitude Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Schedule Monday through Friday Rotating Saturdays Compensation This position offers commission-based compensation with an expected earning range of $60,000-$100,000 per year, based on individual performance.
