Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. This role offers a fantastic Monday-to-Friday schedule in a positive work environment that values teamwork, continuous learning, and technical excellence. As an Automotive Technician, you will perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring top-quality service for our valued customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics. Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain detailed repair records and communicate findings clearly with team members and customers. Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair industry experience with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic software confidently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly to clients. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including powertrain maintenance and oil changes. Valid certifications in automotive repair or relevant technical training preferred. $33.00 - $45.00 per hour
