Overview Join our dynamic automotive team at Mercedes-Benz of Daytona as an Automotive Service Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face that keeps our service department running smoothly! Hours are:

Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am to 6:00 pm. Duties Greet customers warmly as they arrive for their service appointments, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Manage retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, accurately handling cash, credit, and electronic payments Assist customers with product demos and explain services or promotions to encourage upselling opportunities Maintain an organized cash register area, including cash drawer handling and balancing registers at shift end Support merchandising efforts by stocking retail parts and accessories, ensuring displays are attractive and well-maintained Provide clear communication over the phone, answering inquiries professionally and scheduling appointments efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and product knowledge sharing Requirements Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is highly preferred Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail or customer service environment is a plus Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience in grocery store or retail environments involving merchandising, stocking, and product demos is beneficial Knowledge of automotive parts or retail store product knowledge is a plus but not required; training will be provided Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment!
