Responsibilities Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document their needs Review inspections and confidently present repair recommendations Explain repairs and maintenance in terms customers can understand Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization Communicate vehicle status, pricing, and completion times Follow up consistently on declined services and pending estimates Meet established sales and customer-service goals Coordinate workflow with technicians, parts personnel, and management Maintain accurate, complete, and organized repair orders Contribute to a professional, accountable, and team-oriented workplace Requirements At least three years of sales experience Automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals Strong automotive knowledge Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Willingness to accept coaching and continue learning Desire to grow, take on greater responsibility, and advance within the company Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Experience using automotive shop-management software Dependable attendance and punctuality Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record What We Offer No weekends—Monday through Friday Long-term career opportunities with a growing company Opportunities for advancement and greater responsibility Paid training and continuing education Recognition for strong performance and contributions Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account Paid holidays and paid time off Employee vehicle maintenance and repair discounts Professional, supportive, and performance-driven workplace
