Job Description
A-Level Automotive Technician / Master Technician DeLand & Port Orange Location $72,000-$100,000 over per year | Monday-Friday | No Weekends LP Automotive has a busy, established shop with a strong workload. We invest thousands of dollars in advertising and training our advisors to say YES throughout the year, and we need another experienced technician to help us take care of our customers. Our owner is a former technician who understands the value of skilled employees. We recognize strong performance, invest in training, and offer opportunities to grow with our expanding company. What We're Looking For A-Level or Master Technician Minimum five years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills Ability to perform accurate digital vehicle inspections Commitment to fixing vehicles correctly the first time Ability to meet productivity and quality goals Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented Valid driver's license Must have your own tools ASE certifications preferred Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Perform thorough digital vehicle inspections Document all findings and completed work Communicate with Service Advisors Help ensure the safety and reliability of every customer's vehicle What We Offer $72,000 to over $100k, annual earning potential Monday through Friday—no weekends Paid training and continuing education Paid holidays Vacation and additional PTO Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings account Uniform allowance Employee vehicle maintenance and repair discounts Long-term career and advancement opportunities
