• A bona fide problem solver who can interpret live scan data, perform electrical tests, and accurately diagnose issues.
• Someone who knows their way around testing equipment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty (or their multimeter out).
• Attitude and entitlement? Nope, we leave that at the door. We respect all our team members, but humility and teamwork are the real keys here. Things at our shop can be loud, chaotic, and a little stressful at times.
• A sense of humor? Absolutely—because if you can't laugh when a car throws a tantrum, you're in the wrong garage.

• Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening—because safety and integrity come first.
• Previous experience in automotive diagnostics is a must.
