Position Overview:
Entry-Level Technician We are seeking an entry-level automotive technician who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is capable of performing basic automotive services, including: Oil changes Tire rotations Tire and battery replacements Other minor maintenance services This technician should be able to complete routine tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or advanced mechanical expertise. Guidance will be provided as needed, along with structured training, written work instructions, and hands-on coaching to ensure proper techniques are followed and skills are developed.
In addition:
Perform electrical, mechanical and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models. Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for any mechanical or electronic repairs services needed. Perform bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical repairs. Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships using our company Core Values and Brand Promise. Qualifications and Skills 1 years+ of automotive repair experience. Proficient use of a variety of automotive service and diagnostic equipment. Possess and display a strong and healthy work ethic. Time Management Skills. Detailed Oriented. Outgoing and social personality a plus. Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record.
