Position Description:

The Service Receptionist receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. Greets customers outside and inside. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets customers both inside and outside and determines the nature of their visit. Provides customer with daily updates to assist estimates. Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message. Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Assists service customers during the morning and evening service rush whenever possible. Assists with clerical duties as requested. Other tasks as assigned by Management.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A professional with the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. A professional with the ability to ready and interpret documents. A professional with the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Proficient computer skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Positive attitude. Strong work ethic. Fluent in English. All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment. Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.

Schedule:

8-hour shift 5 Day Schedule Weekdays from 8am - 5pm Saturdays 8am - 3pm

Education/Requirements:

High school or equivalent

Pay:
