Competitive hourly pay based on experience About the Position We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Quick Lube Technician to join our growing team. Whether you have experience or are looking to start a career in automotive service, we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance Replace and repair tires, including flat tire repairs and tire installations Perform tire rotations and balance tires (if applicable) Check and top off all vehicle fluids Inspect filters, wiper blades, belts, hoses, brakes, and tires Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Provide excellent customer service and communicate recommended maintenance needs Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Qualifications Automotive or tire service experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate Valid driver's license Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Career advancement opportunities Employee discounts Supportive team environment Stable, full-time schedule Schedule Requirement This is a full-time, 5-day work week . Weekend availability is required, and both Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory workdays. Your two scheduled days off will be during the week.
