Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Operate company golf cart safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential failures or safety hazards; document findings accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects while providing excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex equipment issues. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems is highly desirable. Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), including equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
