A business is not meant to be profitable; it is meant to solve problems. When we solve problems on the front-end, we ultimately become profitable on the back-end." — Kyle C., Owner We are a faith-based organization anchored in a simple operational truth: Put On Love . We do not just talk about customer service; we prove it by investing an average of $1,500 into the reconditioning of every vehicle before it ever hits the frontline. We absorb that front-end cost to guarantee our customers experience frictionless relief on the back-end. Our motto is "Where good deals happen to good people," and we protect that promise by treating every person who walks onto our lot with uncompromising respect, transparency, and care. Profit is simply the natural byproduct of delivering a 7-star experience. You are here to create advocates, not just customers. Your Responsibilities to the Customer Excellence is built through repeatable, disciplined steps. We invest in and maintain vehicles before the sale so our customers do not have to worry about them after the sale.
Your daily workflow includes:
The Timeline Guardian (Cycle Time Management): You are responsible for tracking every unit from pre-purchase inspection to customer-delivery. You will aggressively follow up with mechanics, detailers, and body shops to ensure no vehicle sits stagnant for more than 24 hours.
Vehicle Transport & Vendor Logistics:
Safely and efficiently drive inventory between the dealership, auction houses, mechanic shops, and detailers. Your prompt transport ensures vehicles are repaired, reconditioned, and ready for sale without unnecessary delays. The 4-

You are responsible for identifying scratches, missing floor mats, or dashboard warning lights to ensure the vehicle is fully restored before a customer sees it.
Merchandising & Photography:
You are responsible for visually proving our front-end investment to the online buyer. You will execute high-quality lot photography and stage vehicles precisely, ensuring our online presentation clearly demonstrates the exact condition, cleanliness, and value of the vehicle.
Lot Maintenance & Readiness:
Maintain a highly organized, clean, and customer-ready lot. Ensure all frontline vehicles are washed, batteries are charged, and tires are inflated so that every car is immediately ready for a frictionless test drive.
Parts Coordination & Intake:
Deliver critical parts to our mechanic partners to speed up the repair process. Assist in checking in newly purchased inventory, securing keys, and applying essential dealership branding (decals, license plate frames). Your Authority to Serve To execute your role effectively and protect the dealership, you are empowered with the following:
Value-Based Accountability:
Our core values steer our decision-making. We rely on a shared standard of excellence rather than just a rulebook. Every member of this team is held accountable to these standards, including the owner, who operates with an open door and values your direct feedback to continually improve the business.
Bounded Stop Authority:
You act as a physical safeguard for the Redeemed Standard. If a vehicle returns from the detailer or mechanic and still exhibits a visible defect or functional issue, you are empowered to pause its placement on the frontline and escalate the issue directly to the Reconditioning Manager. The Authority to
Elevate:
You are encouraged to identify bottlenecks in how cars move through our vendor network. If you see a way to transport or stage vehicles faster and safer, you have the authority to propose those workflow improvements to management.
