Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a professional, dependable, and career-driven Lot Technician to support the operations of our Sales Department. This position plays an important role in maintaining dealership standards, supporting inventory management, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities Maintain the organization, presentation, and readiness of dealership inventory Safely transport, stage, and position vehicles throughout dealership property Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations, deliveries, and showroom display Assist with inventory intake, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers Conduct regular lot inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency Support sales staff with vehicle and inventory-related needs Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged, tagged, and secured Maintain dealership appearance standards in both interior and exterior areas Identify and report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues Adhere to all dealership safety procedures and operational policies Contribute to a positive team culture and professional work environment Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional attitude and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday Previous automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Professional development and industry experience Stable, team-oriented work environment Employee discounts and dealership benefits Opportunity for long-term career growth in automotive retail
