Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across vehicle systems. Repair and maintain various vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical wiring. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to accurately troubleshoot electrical and electronic problems. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to execute repairs with precision and safety. Diagnose and repair diesel engines and powertrain components to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, and electrical wiring. Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as alignments, transmission system repairs, and vehicle suspension system repair. Familiarity with ADAS technology and the ability to interpret automotive schematics is highly desirable. Strong hand tools and power tools skills for efficient repairs. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
