Job Description

Septic Truck Driver (Technician) Looking for a reliable technician to drive and operate a septic pump truck (please do not apply if you do not have septic experience). Must be able to work independently, and meet daily schedule. Duties include, but are not limited to: Cleaning septic tanks, tank inspections, servicing lift stations, installing pumps and alarms, forming and installing septic tank lids, line cleaning etc Hourly - Monday through Friday between 7:00am - 4:00pm (subject to agreement) Opportunity to earn up to $65,000 per year BEFORE overtime/holiday work and commission scheme. Meet specific deadlines in a timely manner The technician must be able to operate a tracking app which will be provided to update bookings and take electronic payments Conduct inspections of septic tanks/drain fields Excellent customer service skills •This is a physically demanding job: must be able to dig, lift 35lbs+, pull hoses, and stand or sit for long periods of time in Florida climate •Troubleshoot and diagnose septic system issues and correct problems; replace septic tank lids; outlet baffles, distribution boxes etc. Able to work in outdoor conditions 100% of the time Physical ability and knowledge of digging and locating underground septic systems Electrical knowledge Knowledge of plumbing and pipe installation Problem-solving ability

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Septic System:
1-year minimum septic experience (Required) - DO

License/Certification:
Driver's License - Class A or Class B with tanker endorsement (Required)
Work Location:
Multiple Locations residential and commercial in East Hillsborough, S Pasco, and W Polk County.
