Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues within vehicle electrical systems, powertrain, suspension, transmission, and other key vehicle systems. Perform repairs and maintenance on European vehicles, including engine repairs (diesel engines included), transmission system repairs, vehicle suspension system repair, and alignment procedures. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicle components while adhering to safety standards. Diagnose and repair advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) to ensure optimal vehicle safety features are functioning correctly. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating procedures, and ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician background working with European automotive brands is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, including vehicle maintenance, powertrain components, vehicle transmission system repair, and suspension system repair. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and software used for troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals accurately. Experience working with Mercedes-Benz, BMW or Audi vehicles or similar brands is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment in a fast-paced environment.
