What You'll Do As an Automotive Lube Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards, including: Change engine oil and replace filters. Perform multi-point vehicle inspections, including brakes, tires, and fluid levels. Identify maintenance needs and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Deliver quality work while providing an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Bring Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude. Previous express, quick lube, or entry-level technician experience preferred. Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
