Overview Fast & Reliable Mobile Mechanic is rapidly expanding and actively hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors who know how to sell automotive repairs, manage technicians, and close jobs . This position is for proven salesmen only . If you are confident on the phone, understand automotive repairs, and are motivated by commission and growth, this role has serious earning potential . We are not looking for beginners. This is NOT a phone receptionist role, this is a sales position. We want hungry, experienced advisors ready to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Availability Hours:

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Flexible Scheduling Surplus of Consistent daily leads — no slow days, no cold calling Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, texts, and online service requests Communicate directly with mobile technicians in the field Build, explain, and sell automotive repair estimates Close jobs efficiently while maintaining customer trust Follow up on open estimates and increase close rate Manage multiple repair orders simultaneously Keep accurate notes, pricing, and job updates Deliver professional, confident customer service at all times Required Experience & Skills Sales Experience

Strong sales and closing ability Solid understanding of automotive repairs and diagnostics Excellent phone presence and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volume Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven Reliable, organized, and professional Pay & Compensation Base pay + commission Commission is performance-based and uncapped High earning potential for strong closers Steady lead flow — no cold calling Top performers will make significantly more than average advisors.
