Grow Continued Education, Including Manufacturer-Sponsored Training A Clean and Professional Workspace Responsibilities:
Execute work specified on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards. Test-drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services needed, providing estimates for extra repairs. Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. One year or more of experience in basic car care is helpful but not required. Customer-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment. Mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to build long-term trust and relationships with customers. Willingness to work Saturdays.
