Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair:

• Testing & Verification:

  Test drive vehicles and utilize testing equipment to ensure repairs successfully resolve the customer's complaint.

• Customer Communication:

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed logs of repairs, services performed, and parts used to support warranty claims and customer invoices.
