Job Overview Join our team in performing basic maintenance and light repairs on small engine equipment, tire replacements, blade sharpening, new unit assembly / modification. Also assist with other tasks to keep our shop flowing, and our customers happy. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and light repairs efficiently and accurately. Conduct tire services including replacements and repairs to ensure optimal safety and performance. Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as replacing filters, belts, batteries, and other standard components. Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Skills Previous small engine or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Experience with small engine fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic mechanical repairs. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in small engine maintenance.
