WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers promptly and professionally Build relationships with customers from the moment they enter the service drive Listen carefully and accurately document customer concerns Obtain complete customer and vehicle information Review vehicle history, mileage and manufacturer recommendations Recommend needed maintenance and repairs Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor Perform a complete walk-around with customers Communicate clearly with technicians and the service team Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Present technician recommendations and explain the why behind needed repairs Follow up on declined services and future maintenance needs Monitor every vehicle throughout the day Review completed work before vehicle delivery Explain repairs, maintenance and final charges to customers Deliver an outstanding customer experience from write-up through delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous Service Advisor, Service Consultant or Assistant Service Manager experience preferred Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction Strong sales and communication skills Ability to build long-term customer relationships High energy and a positive attitude Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced service department Ability to use tablet-based service write-up systems Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus Valid driver's license Team-oriented attitude Personal and professional integrity Desire to build a long-term career, not just find another job
