Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Master Technician / German Automotive Specialist to join our dynamic automotive repair team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a passion for precision, excellence, and delivering top-tier service on luxury and European vehicles, particularly German brands. As a key member of our service department, you will leverage your extensive mechanical expertise and diagnostic skills to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for exceptional automotive service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, powertrains, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and other mechanical systems. Specialize in German vehicle models by applying knowledge of their unique engineering features and electronic systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair machinery to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicle maintenance meets manufacturer specifications. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive background working with automotive repair shops specializing in European vehicles. Demonstrated expertise in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and electrical systems troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, transmission overhaul, suspension system repair, and brake service. Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics is a plus but not required; strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems is essential. Experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong understanding of schematics, vehicle maintenance procedures, auto estimating processes, and oil change protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 - 50.0 per week
