What You'll Do:

Perform transmission diagnostics and repairs efficiently and accurately Review repair orders and perform work according to dealership and manufacturer standards Document findings and repairs on repair orders Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle system issues Communicate repair needs clearly with service advisors and team members Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience diagnosing and rebuilding both automatic and manual transmissions (at least two years of experience in a dealership setting preferred) Advanced mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Must provide your own tools Must be 19 years or older with a valid driver s license and acceptable driving record Willing to submit to a background check
