Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, tire services, and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our customers' vehicles. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles. Conduct tire services including rotation, balancing, and installation. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Assist with basic automotive diagnostics as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership standards. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Requirements Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or as a mechanic is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use power tools effectively. Experience in sales is a plus, as customer interaction is key to this role. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is advantageous. A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
