• Service Writer/Advisor
• to be the face of our shop. You'll connect customers with our technicians, guide them through the repair process, and make sure every visit feels straightforward and trustworthy — from write-up to vehicle delivery. What You'll Do
• Greet customers and document their vehicle concerns accurately
• Write detailed repair orders and coordinate with technicians
• Present estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain approvals
• Keep customers informed on repair status throughout the process
• Manage shop workflow and scheduling from the front desk
• Build lasting relationships with a loyal, returning customer base Who We're Looking For All experience levels are welcome.
