Service Writer / Advisor

We're a close-knit, family-friendly team built on honest service, diagnostic transparency, and genuine care for our customers and our staff. The Role We're looking for a motivated
- Service Writer/Advisor
- to be the face of our shop. You'll connect customers with our technicians, guide them through the repair process, and make sure every visit feels straightforward and trustworthy — from write-up to vehicle delivery. What You'll Do
- Greet customers and document their vehicle concerns accurately
- Write detailed repair orders and coordinate with technicians
- Present estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain approvals
- Keep customers informed on repair status throughout the process
- Manage shop workflow and scheduling from the front desk
