Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Automotive Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrain systems, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs, wheel alignments, and steering system diagnostics to optimize handling and safety. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems effectively. Perform basic routine maintenance - oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, etc. Requirements Proven mechanic experience working with various vehicle brands. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, mechanical components, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Familiarity with schematics interpretation, automotive wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting complex vehicle systems. Experience repairing powertrain components including engines, transmissions and vehicle suspension systems. Ability to work efficiently with automotive electrical systems and understand automotive wiring diagrams. Service technician experience in a dealership or independent shop required. ASE certifications are encouraged, but not required. Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
