In this role, you'll travel to customer locations to deliver exceptional, showroom-quality vehicle care through expert washing, interior cleaning, and waxing. This is a commission-based, contract position — you'll earn 50% commission on every completed job , giving you direct control over your earnings based on the work you complete. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exterior washing and hand-drying to restore each vehicle's shine and finish Apply high-quality wax to protect and enhance the vehicle's exterior appearance (if required) Detail vehicle interiors by cleaning carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, and other surfaces to achieve a spotless look Travel to customer locations to perform on-site (mobile) detailing services Maintain and bring your own detailing tools, equipment, and supplies to each job Follow safe work practices at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction with the finished vehicle Complete each job efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Compensation This is a commission-based, contract position — technicians earn 50% commission per completed job Earnings depend on the number of jobs completed; the hourly range shown elsewhere in this posting is only an estimate based on average job volume Payment is issued the next day after job completion No fuel charges — technician is responsible for their own travel costs to customer locations Requirements / Experience Prior experience in auto detailing preferred Must have your own detailing tools, equipment, and supplies (washing tools, wax, interior cleaning supplies, etc.) Reliable transportation to travel to customer job locations Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule/jobs
