Discuss vehicle concerns, recommend services, and explain repair needs, costs, and timelines. Create accurate repair orders and document customer and vehicle information. Review inspection results, estimates, and additional service recommendations with customers. Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process. Coordinate repair orders and help keep service work moving. Complete vehicle delivery and payment process What You'll Bring Customer service or automotive service experience.
