What You'll Do Every day is different, but you'll spend your time: Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome. Listening to their concerns and helping determine the best path to getting their vehicle back on the road. Creating repair orders and communicating with our technicians. Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Great communication and follow-through are the most important parts of this job! Explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations in a way that's easy to understand. Scheduling appointments and coordinating repairs. Processing payments and completing paperwork accurately. Building lasting relationships that keep customers coming back.

What We're Looking For:

We're much more interested in who you are than what you've done. You'll be a great fit if you: Love helping people. Have excellent communication and follow-up skills. Stay organized and can juggle multiple tasks. Enjoy solving problems. Are dependable and motivated to learn. Have basic computer skills. Have a valid driver's license.
