A-Level Automotive Technician - Eagle Auto Repair | Eagle, ID Eagle Auto Repair is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who can add value from day one. We are a busy, high-performing independent repair shop with consistent year-round workflow, an excellent reputation, and a culture built around teamwork, accountability, and producing exceptionally high-quality work. This position is designed for an experienced technician who can confidently diagnose vehicles, complete repairs efficiently, and consistently turn strong hours. We are not simply looking for someone with technical ability—we are looking for a dependable, team-oriented professional who will fit into our culture and help the entire shop perform at a higher level. Compensation Starting at $35 per hour Higher compensation available based on experience, diagnostic ability, and production Compensation structure to be discussed based on the candidate's experience and preferred arrangement Consistent year-round workflow and strong earning potential What This Role Looks Like Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately Perform high-quality general automotive repairs Complete work efficiently and correctly the first time Consistently produce strong billed hours Take ownership of assigned vehicles from diagnosis through completed repair Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians Assist teammates when needed and contribute to the success of the entire shop Maintain high standards for workmanship, professionalism, and shop organization Who We're Looking For Experienced A-Level automotive technician Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and contribute immediately Proven ability to produce and turn strong hours ASE certifications preferred Professional, dependable, and accountable Team-first attitude with a willingness to help others Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to work alongside other high performers Positive attitude and strong cultural fit Why Eagle Auto Repair?
