Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts, trash truck, semi trucks, trailers, and parts truck (change oil, filter, check fluid levels, etc.)
• Order and replace broken or non-functioning parts
• Log all parts used and prices of parts ordered for any maintenance performed
• Keep shop area clean, organized, and in safe operating condition
• Keep parts organized and easily accessible.
• Decide on whether or not to send equipment to dealership or not
• Maintain good personal hygiene, follow GMP's and keep a clean, safe and sanitary work place. Immediately report any situation that may cause product to be contaminated.
• Display to the Guard your DFF-issued photo ID whenever entering the premises. Report the loss of this ID card to the supervisor. Do not give your ID card to any other individual. Immediately report to the supervisor any suspicious activity by employees or visitors. Additional

• Mechanical experience
• Well organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to work safely with shop tools such as welder, drill press, carbon sensor, etc.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently during shift
• Must be able to work effectively and safely in a wet and hot/cold environment

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
