MECHANIC / MECHANIC HELPER Fast Line Truck and Trailer Repair in Alsip, Illinois, is looking for a reliable and motivated entry-level or junior mechanic to join our team. We are looking for someone who: Has a solid basic knowledge of mechanics Is eager to learn, work and grow Knows how to use basic tools Is responsible, dependable and punctual Can perform basic repairs with limited supervision Has truck and trailer experience — preferred but not required Job responsibilities include: Preventive maintenance and regular services Brake and suspension repairs Semi-truck and trailer repairs Basic electrical diagnostics Inspections and troubleshooting Learning alongside an experienced mechanic We offer: Full-time employment Steady and reliable work Competitive pay based on knowledge and experience On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement A professional and supportive work environment
