```Duties```

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
• Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
• Process payments and handle financial transactions ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in automotive service writing or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
