Job Description

Job Overview Landers Towing & Collision is looking for an experienced, dependable Service Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Centralia truck shop. Our shop primarily handles heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle repair, along with towing, camper/RV repair, and horse and utility trailer repair. This is a hands-on management position for someone who understands the repair industry, knows how to keep work moving through a busy shop, and can communicate well with both customers and technicians. The right person will help coordinate jobs from start to finish while keeping the team organized and customers informed.

Job Type:
Full-Time Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the daily workflow of the truck repair shop Schedule and prioritize repair jobs based on customer needs, technician availability, and parts Communicate with customers regarding repairs, timelines, estimates, and job status Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently Write and review repair estimates and work orders Coordinate parts ordering and availability as needed Help diagnose repair needs and determine appropriate next steps Maintain accurate documentation for repairs and customer accounts Assist with towing-related service needs and coordination when necessary Monitor quality and help ensure completed work meets company standards Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment Build strong relationships with commercial, fleet, and individual customers What We're Looking For Previous experience in heavy-duty truck repair strongly preferred Previous service management, or similar leadership experience preferred Working knowledge of vehicle repair and the ability to communicate repair needs clearly Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities at once Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to jump in where needed Experience with towing, RVs/campers, or trailer repair is a plus, but not required Compensation Salary is flexible and will be based on the candidate's experience, industry knowledge, and qualifications.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
