Job Responsibilities Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and routine vehicle maintenance Rotate, mount, balance, and repair tires Check and maintain fluid levels Conduct basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance concerns Inspect tire tread depth, air pressure, and overall tire condition Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and policies Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings professionally Qualifications Previous automotive, tire, lube, or mechanical experience preferred but not required Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance and reliability Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry Valid driver's license preferred
