Background of Automotive Technician:

Work Location:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures
• Conduct inspections and testing to identify any additional repair or maintenance needs
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle repairs ```Skills```
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Experience with auto body repair is a plus
• Familiarity with (ADAS) is preferred
• Knowledge of tire service, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
• Ability to assemble, align, and maintain various automotive components
• Proficient in working with GM vehicles is a plus
