What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections Check and top off fluids; inspect belts, hoses, wipers, filters, and batteries Document inspection findings accurately so our advisors can keep guests informed Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe Move vehicles through the service drive efficiently and treat every car like it's your own Learn — from our certified techs and Kia's factory training program What We're Looking For A valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive customer vehicles (required) Reliability — you show up on time, every time Comfort working with your hands and a willingness to learn Attention to detail (in this job, small misses become big problems) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet in a shop environment A positive attitude — our guests see our service drive, and our culture shows No dealership experience required. Pay & Benefits In compliance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act, the pay scale for this position is $18.00- 22.
