Job Description
Golf Course Mechanic Apple Creek Golf Club is seeking a dependable and mechanically skilled Part-Time Golf Course Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing golf course equipment to help ensure our course is presented in exceptional condition. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, sprayers, and small engines. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues. Sharpen and adjust cutting reels and bed knives. Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory. Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to minimize equipment downtime. Qualifications Experience repairing commercial turf equipment, agricultural equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, gasoline, and diesel systems. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills. Valid driver's license required. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
