Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Grounds Crew Member to help maintain our golf course and outdoor areas. This position involves mowing, landscaping, equipment operation, irrigation, and general grounds maintenance. Applicants should enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping the course in excellent condition. Responsibilities Mow, trim, edge, and maintain turf and landscaped areas Operate mowers, power tools, and other grounds equipment safely Assist with irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs Plant, prune, fertilize, and perform general landscaping duties Help maintain golf course playing areas and surrounding grounds Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment Lift and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions Qualifications Golf course or landscaping experience preferred, but not required Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and tools Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction Join our team and help us keep our golf course looking its best!
