What We're Looking For We're looking for a strong B-level technician or better who can handle a wide range of repairs and inspections.

You should be comfortable with:

General diagnostics and testing Brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, maintenance, and common repairs Reading repair information and following proper procedures Working digitally through our shop management softwares Performing high-quality digital vehicle inspections with clear photos, videos, and notes Maintaining productivity at 75% or better Following shop SOPs and staying organized We don't expect perfection. We do expect effort, honesty, consistency, and ownership.
