$20-$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Rick Ridings Ford is looking for Automotive Technicians of all experience levels to join our growing service team in Monticello, Illinois. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns Perform inspections and accurately identify necessary repairs Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures for quality and safety Continue developing your technical skills through training and hands-on experience

We're Looking For Entry-Level Technicians:

Automotive education or training is preferred, but not required Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures Strong desire to learn and develop your skills Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver's license

Experienced Technicians:
