Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, performance, and reliability of our customers' vehicles. You'll be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently and safely Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements following manufacturer specifications Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including brake inspections, battery checks, and light mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Previous dealership or automotive service technician experience preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and light trucks Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment Ability to lift heavy tires and vehicle components safely during service procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement, tire service, and basic mechanical repair techniques Experience with wheel alignment processes and minor mechanical repairs is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a team environment This position offers an engaging work environment where your technical skills will grow alongside your passion for vehicles.
