Large Multi-State Dealership in the North Suburbs of Chicago We are growing and looking to add a Assistant Service Manager to join our TEAM!!!! We are looking for an experienced automotive Service Manager Typical duties may include: Scheduling service appointments for customers Greeting customers in the service center Listening to customer's car issues and asking questions before repair Creating a repair order detailing the customer's information and service needs Discussing the customer's needs with the service department or technicians Ordering car parts and preparing service documents Reading complex technical reports and discussing the content with customers Inputting and updating customer information in a computer database system Monitoring service and keeping customers informed about the car's progress Communicating with customers to let them know when the car is ready and how much the service costs If this sounds like your next career opportunity, please apply today.
