Baird's Auto & Tire in Normal, Illinois is looking for an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level technician who can diagnose, repair and produce at a high level. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of professional experience, strong diagnostic and repair skills, a history of producing quality work, and the ability to consistently flag hours when the work is available. You should have:

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• A proven history of producing 40-50+ billed hours per week
• Ability to handle substantial repair and diagnostic work
• Strong inspection and documentation habits
• Pride in doing the job correctly
• Low comeback history
• Your own professional tools
• A positive, team-oriented attitude ASE certifications are preferred.
