We may have the perfect opportunity. Scherer Mazda is growing, and we are looking for an entry-level Lube Technician to join our service team. We aren't necessarily looking for someone with years of experience. In fact, this position is designed for someone who wants to get into the automotive field, learn the business, and hopefully turn it into a long-term career. You'll start with the basics — oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and general maintenance — but we don't want you to stay there forever. Our goal is to find someone we can train and develop into a full-line automotive technician. What does that look like? You'll work alongside our experienced technicians, learn how a dealership shop operates, and begin completing Mazda training and certifications. As you learn more and become comfortable taking on additional work, we'll continue giving you opportunities to grow. There is a real career path here for someone who wants it.
